Study notes
Companion study notes, not a word-for-word video transcript.
Every useful paper has four facts: device, frequency or waveform, session length, outcome. If any are missing, the social-media title is doing extra work.
The four-fact card
Write these in your session log or the Q&A case card before you cite a study.
- Device / who was in the study
- Hz or waveform (PEMF vs sound vs drug)
- Minutes × weeks
- What was measured (pain scale, sleep diary, imaging…)
Where to practice
Academy → Research. Open the NASA report and one PEMF review. Bring one card to Tuesday Live Q&A.
